SpringHill Suites by Marriott Arundel Mills BWI Airport

Love this place!! Prime location with access to 4 major routes to travel and everything you need while away from home within your reach. The staff is always professional and friendly. The rooms are always clean. No problems to report and I have stayed here regularly during travel over the last few years.

I've been bringing my family here for well over 10 years because it's always clean and quiet. We appreciate the staff members because they are helpful and diligent. The price is great and the amenities are decent. It's located adjacent to Arundel Mills Mall and several useful highway systems. We'll keep coming back because we're treated with respect and dignity. I stayed at this location when I arrived in Maryland. It was late and the area was digging out from an ice/snow storm. The parking lot was cleared and there were ample spaces. The room was cozy and inviting and just what I needed for the night.

Staff was awesome, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, although the bananas are always better than oranges, lol, got some great advice on downtown DC parking, etc. Very close to Fort Meade if you are visiting someone there.

Went to a concert at Live! Casino which was just across the street, this hotel had a great price so I booked it. Front desk staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, the free breakfast was very good for a free breakfast, they had an adequate little gym and an indoor pool and hot tub. Great location, lots of places to eat and shopping within a mile.

I have stayed at a lot of hotels in my life. Within the past 10 years or so, I have really focused more on Marriott because of their consistent good service and great rooms. This one is no exception. Had some neighbors in the next room that weren't the greatest, but the staff even took care of that for me. There was also an extremely rare incident where I needed a maintenance person for my room this go around. Rick, the maintenance man, was quick, professional, and solved the issue. I also got to interact with him a few more times in passing, as his office was at the bottom of my staircase. What a personable man who seems to love what he does. One day I came down the stairs and had a bag of trash (had banana peels in it that were starting to stink lol). Rick took it from me to put it in the dumpster. He just goes above and beyond. Lastly, the breakfast sandwiches were splendid!!!! Overall another great Marriott stay.

Everything about this hotel is top notch. Outstanding rooms, breakfast, amenities, staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. The rooms are clean. There is a pool and a hot tub. The work out room is small but equipped enough for a good work out. The breakfast offers good options. The location is close to the mall and many restaurants and activities. Parking is free and plentiful. Great for a business trip or long weekend stay.
